To begin an application for individual funding on behalf of someone else please confirm they meet the following four criteria
(If you have already registered please use the User Login box)
The beneficiary has a physical disability or long term physical health problem
The beneficiary lives in Bristol, South Gloucester, North Somerset, or Bath & NE Somerset
The beneficiary has a low income with no or limited savings
The beneficiary is aged 50 or over
